Before each visit you need to have thoroughly consulted the briefing concerned. It gives you all the necessary information to allow you to make a valid visit.
âYour briefing can be accessed through your Smice App in the "Instructions" of your mission.
In order to be valid each visit needs to respect a specific scenario :
It needs to be executed at a precise moment of the day and the week : at noon, in the evening, weekend, during the week...
It is foreseen for a specific number of persons : alone, two, two minimum, with a family.
It invites you to collect specific information: questions need to be asked, a minimum order needs to be passed, a speficic menu needs to be ordered....
Pictures need to be taken: your receipt, the storefront of the sales point, your meals before you eat them, the toilets ...
Service will evidently be influenced in accordance with the moment of your visit and the conditions under which it will take place. Your mission will be to assess the quality of the service, it will be of vital importance to respect instructions that you will be given.
The briefing needs to be consulted before your visit : Without preparation,you will be unable to know what you have to do during your visit to make sure it will be validated.
The briefing also informs you on reimbursement and compensations conditions of your mission.
The briefing has been developed for an easy consultation on your mobile, your i-pad or your computer. It cannot be downloaded.
The questionnaire that you will have to fill out also contains information that will allow you to do a good visit: As is the case for the briefing, do consult it BEFORE your visit.
